Studio Rental

Pets are not permitted inside the studio, with the exception of certified service animals. Please plan for clients or family members who may arrive with animals, as we will ask that pets remain off the premises.

All setup, shooting, and cleanup must be completed within your reserved window, and early arrival or late departure is not allowed without advance written approval.

Rental fees are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. You may reschedule the session with at least 48 hours' notice, and the new time must be used within 60 days of the original reservation.

Open flames, candles, incense, smoke machines, vaping, and similar effects are not allowed anywhere on the premises. These restrictions keep the studio safe and comfortable for the next renter.

Overtime must be approved ahead of time. Any unapproved use beyond the scheduled slot is billed at a fee of $50 per additional 15 minutes. Should overtime overlap a 4 hour slot, overtime slot is billed at the full cost of the next slot impacting the next booking which is a minimum of $200.

You are welcome to style the rooms, but please return all furniture, props, and equipment to their original locations. Large items should not be moved without permission, and any damage or loss is billed at replacement cost.

Yes. The studio is monitored for safety and property protection. Cameras must not be covered or disabled. Let us know in advance if you need additional privacy accommodations for sensitive sessions.

We recommend a variety of lenses; our favorite is the 24-70mm which works great for most setups. While there is some natural light, we recommend either bringing your own lighting equipment or renting ours. With your rental add-on, a Pocket Wizard transmitter is included.
